1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using riskometrics.com or any affiliated evaluation service (including the Access Edition demonstrator at access.riskometrics.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a financial institution or corporate entity, you represent that you possess the requisite authority to bind that entity.

2. Purpose and Platform Scope

RiskoMetrics provides software tools and diagnostic models designed to operationalize Risk Accounting, quantify operational exposure in standardized Risk Units (RU), calculate continuous control effectiveness via the Risk Mitigation Index (RMI), and support institutional compliance with standards such as BCBS 239. The Access Edition is currently provided for authorized diagnostic and pilot evaluation purposes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software architectures, proprietary algorithms, interface designs, trade names, and documentation are the exclusive property of RiskoMetrics. Access to evaluation instances does not transfer any proprietary rights, source code licenses, or patents.

4. Pilot Evaluation & User Responsibilities

Participants in pilot programs agree to use the Access Edition solely for legitimate business valuation and diagnostic validation. Users shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, breach role-based security boundaries (RBAC), or introduce malicious payloads into the service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

While RiskoMetrics implements rigorous quantitative formulas and enterprise security standards, preliminary evaluation demonstrators are provided “as is” for diagnostic benchmarking. The platform does not substitute for internal fiduciary, audit, or legal sign-offs required by supervisory authorities.
